Trying to cut back our drinking, and finding it harder than we expected, is often the first sign that we’re a Grey Area Drinker.


It’s a tricky area to navigate, and many of us get stuck in guilt and worry and shame about the whole thing (especially if we have partners who can still take it or leave it).

Luckily, it is manageable and there are steps we can take that put us back in the driving seat.
